ManpowerGroup Mobile HVAC Technician in Brewster, New York
Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Brewster, NY
Shift: M- F 1st shift
Pay: $33/hr to $37/hr
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and overseeing contracted maintenance.
Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance.
Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation, while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5-7 years of relevant work experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Proven ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; diagnose malfunctions; and perform corrective actions.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
