Pay Rate: $24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

Our client , a well-established, family-owned utility/construction company supporting projects across the Bangor region, is hiring a Class A CDL Operator for an immediate opening in the Bangor area. This position pays $24/hr and is a direct-hire role offering year-round stability , a teamwork-driven crew , and a strong focus on safety and long-term growth .

Typical daily duties:
Operate commercial construction equipment such as dump truck and trailer to transport materials to/from job sites
Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections , basic checks, and report maintenance needs promptly
Safely load, haul, and unload materials while following jobsite and DOT safety expectations
Maintain accurate driving documentation as required (logs, tickets, delivery/haul paperwork)
Support the crew with general site tasks as needed while keeping a strong safety mindset
What we’re looking for:
Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (required)
Ability to safely operate a dump truck/trailer in construction/jobsite environments
Strong reliability, teamwork attitude, and commitment to safe work practices
Comfort working outdoors and around active construction equipment and crews
