  Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting innovative solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for improving clinical outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within healthcare organizations

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

  • Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align customer needs with product capabilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Identify and engage prospective clients including hospitals, health systems, clinics, and insurance organizations

  • Present and demonstrate AI-driven healthcare solutions, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and IT leaders

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs

  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and AI advancements

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM systems

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or AI solutions

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (providers, payers, EHR systems, compliance standards such as HIPAA)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business value

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems

  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR systems, or medical documentation processes

  • Background in health-tech, AI, or digital health solutions

  • Experience working with long enterprise sales cycles
