Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting innovative solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for improving clinical outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within healthcare organizations
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Identify and engage prospective clients including hospitals, health systems, clinics, and insurance organizations
Present and demonstrate AI-driven healthcare solutions, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and IT leaders
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and AI advancements
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or AI solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (providers, payers, EHR systems, compliance standards such as HIPAA)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business value
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems
Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR systems, or medical documentation processes
Background in health-tech, AI, or digital health solutions
Experience working with long enterprise sales cycles
