Assistant Quality Assurance Manager | Driving Quality Assurance Across Operations & Security!
The Assistant Quality Assurance (QA) Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence by supporting quality assurance and compliance efforts across security and operational programs. Partnering closely with QA leadership and cross‑functional teams, this role helps maintain data accuracy, reinforce operational standards, and promote consistency across all sites. Through audits, analysis, reporting, and hands‑on collaboration with field leadership, the Assistant QA Manager supports continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen performance, compliance, and client confidence.

Set Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
Quality Assurance & Security Compliance
Support quality assurance audits across security operations, including scheduling accuracy, post coverage, staffing compliance, and contractual requirements
Assist in ensuring alignment with client security policies, approved security models, and operational standards
Review audit findings to identify risks, discrepancies, and compliance gaps; escalate issues with recommended corrective actions
Partner with site leadership to track and verify completion of corrective actions and remediation plans
Security Operations Support
Assist in maintaining accurate system configurations related to security staffing levels, post assignments, access control coverage, and screening requirements
Monitor site level adherence to approved hours, post structures, and operational changes to ensure consistent security coverage
Act as a secondary point of contact for security systems, operational tools, and configuration troubleshooting
Audit Analytics & Reporting
Compile QA audit results and support the development of reporting on security and operational performance metrics
Track trends, recurring deficiencies, and compliance risks across multiple sites
Assist in preparing audit summaries, dashboards, and findings for leadership and client review
Training, Standards & Field Guidance
Support the development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and process documentation related to security operations and QA standards
Provide guidance to site teams on proper system usage, data integrity, and audit readiness
Reinforce SOPs, post orders, and best practices through regular engagement with field and site leadership
Continuous Improvement & Program Enhancement
Identify opportunities to improve audit processes, operational controls, and data accuracy
Support implementation of standardization efforts and process improvements across security programs
Collaborate with QA leadership and cross functional partners to strengthen compliance, consistency, and overall program effectiveness
Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass an extensive screening process
A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
2–4 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or program support
Experience working with scheduling or workforce management systems
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic to intermediate Excel/data analysis skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in security operations, loss prevention, or facility services
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
Experience supporting audits or QA programs
