Matrix Providers has civilian opportunities for Certified or Registered Medical Assistants to provide full-time outpatient services in the Family Practice Clinic located at the Naval Hospital Bremerton in Bremerton, WA.
Employment Status: Full Time (Coverage Position)
Role: Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:30 AM to 5:00pm | 8.5 hour shifts
Compensation: This is an hourly position, $23.61 to $26.50/hr

Qualification Requirements:
Degree/Education: Certificate / Graduate from a medical assistant training program from any accredited collegiate institution or a formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces.
Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support (must be either American Heart Association or American Red Cross): Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Registered Medica Assistant certification by the American Medical Technologists
(AMT), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from the National Health Career Association (NCA), and Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) through the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
Experience: One year of experience as a Medical Assistant after graduation preferred.
Certified/Registered Medical Assistant Duties: Duties apply to all ages and stages based on Departmental requirements. Prepare examination rooms prior to patient's arrival.
