[As a Counselor in Training Program Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and support to the Summer Day Camp Coordinator and ensuring quality supervision and program execution. This role is responsible for leading counselor in training (CIT) participants with a goal of ensuring the safety of all children at camp, while planning and leading group activities daily. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Key Responsibilities: ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Plan and lead weekly camp program for counselor in training participants. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Implement theme and character development activities into all camp programming. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Plan, lead and assist group activities, transitions, time fillers, and songs. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assist in managing day to day operations. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Create weekly calendar of activities for counselor in training participants. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Monitor group roster daily ensuring all counselor in training participants are accounted for. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Monitor and coach performance of assigned counselor in training participants. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Regularly support and encourage staff, and assist program director with camp staff evaluations. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assist in supervision of counselor in training participants. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
