RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following along with other duties that may also be assigned.
First point of contact for customer .
Works independently or in a team environment on problem solving activities . Follows systematic problem-solving methodology : 5Why, 8D, and customer required forms etc.
Develops, installs and evaluates process sampling systems, procedures and statistical techniques.
Develops or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
Analyzes production and service limitations and standards.
Recommends revision of specifications as needed.
