Customer Innovation Manager drives the development of the OTC function, our collaboration approach with customers in DACH and governs the DACH Route To Market productivity agenda.
How you will contribute
You will:
Support strategic concepts to maintain / further develop a competitive customer collaboration approach in the context of Joint Value Creation (JVC) (40%):- JVC framework execution - Sales alignment- Building presentations to drive agenda internally & externally
Leading key projects for the DACH OTC organization (40%):- Key productivity projects- Customer Innovation Projects with external stakeholders (GS1, customers, peers)
Driving the RTM productivity agenda across DACH with strong analytical skills and governance in close collaboration with Customer Supply Chain Leads (20%):- Cost to Serve analytics- Proactive identification of inefficiencies and development of action plan- RTM productivity for DACH
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Sales, OTC, Cust. Coll.)
Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
Good E2E understanding of the CS&L function
Preferable commercial working experience (Marketing or Sales)
Stakeholder Management
Excellent Communication Skills
