About the Internship – Transportation Performance Analytics
Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) are essential to ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant global logistics operations. Today, performance data is scattered across different reports and systems, making it difficult to consistently monitor and evaluate carrier performance.
This internship offers the unique opportunity to help the Global Transportation Excellence team design and build a centralized performance dashboard to improve visibility, support decision-making, and strengthen logistics operations.
Your Assignment
Over 8–10 weeks, you will contribute to a strategic transportation performance initiative:
Conduct a current-state assessment of how TSP performance is tracked
Develop a standardized KPI framework and definitions
Map data sources and create a unified reporting structure
Build a centralized TSP performance dashboard prototype
Deliver a final presentation summarizing your insights and recommendations
This project allows you to engage in meaningful supply chain analytics while gaining exposure to global logistics operations.
What You Will Learn

We are looking for a student with:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
Ability to structure and interpret data
Clear communication and presentation skills
Preferred fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management
