About the Internship – DRP Excellence Accelerator
The Global Distribution Hub (GDH) EMEA plays a central role in ensuring medicines are replenished and delivered reliably across the entire distribution network.
As part of the DRP Excellence Program , the student will help build a standardized, practical DRP operating framework that improves consistency, ownership, and future performance management across the four DRP flow buckets.
You will work directly with the Distribution Replenishment Planning (DRP) team and key stakeholders to analyze operations, identify improvement opportunities, and co-create actionable solutions.
Your Assignment
As part of this 6‑month applied and hands‑on internship, you will:
- Develop a DRP process architecture across all four DRP flow buckets, identifying gaps and inconsistenciesBuild the “Perfect STO” framework and exception‑management processCreate a standardized DRP operating playbook Recommend additional DRP KPIs and a dashboard concept Provide capability-building and onboarding recommendations
You won’t just study operational processes — you’ll help improve them in a real, global distribution environment.

Skills & Profile We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Confidence in stakeholder interactions
Strong data interpretation capabilities
Effective communication skills
English fluency (required)
Suitable for:
Bachelor-level students in applied business, supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related programs.
Preferred universities include Tilburg University, Erasmus University, Avans, Hogeschool Rotterdam, and BUAS.
