Renee Systems, Inc. has an opening for the position of Project Manager (Ref# PM318AKH). Work Location: Brecksville, OH and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Duties: Initiate, plan, schedule, design, execute, monitor, and provide support for various IT projects. Analyze service-level agreements (SLAs) to integrate and implement improvised SLAs to achieve system performance. Conduct thorough SLA risk analysis. Enable projects adhering to project budget, schedule, and scope. Create and update project plans for IT projects including project objectives, resources, technologies, systems, specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Plan with teams and vendor management to evaluate the system architecture. Facilitate regular cadence meetings to touch base on the project status, potential improvements, and steps carried to induce new solutions. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Capture and document the POC (proof of concept) success criteria and derive successful execution throughout the system lifecycle. Develop and support work breakdown structure (WBS) of IT projects. Establish and execute a project communication plan. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Spearhead Agile teams of data engineers and analysts to design and implement data solutions. Adhere to code quality standards and train the team on the same. Develop plans to support requirements, testing, and work breakdown in cadence to the IT solutions. Assist in the implementation of a new platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Lead the business analysts to analyze and document pre-developed application packages to support a variety of environments. Guide the team members to have analysis and validation processes in place for programming standards, code of ethics, system documentation requirements, and testing criteria. Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and techniques to efficiently certify software systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with project plans and project budget. 40hrs/week.
