Philips Strategic Business Architect - Latam in Brazil - Remote Based, Brazil

LATAM Solution Architect

Responsible for designing, governing, and evolving interoperable and secure technical architectures for Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring (H&AM) solutions across Latin America, aligning customer needs, regional strategy, and Philips standards.

Your role:

  • Design, review, and customize integrated technical architectures for H&AM monitoring solutions, ensuring interoperability (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, SDC), cybersecurity, scalability, and performance aligned with Philips data and integration standards.

  • Lead early technical engagement with customers and internal stakeholders, translating clinical and IT requirements into robust integrated solutions, including the definition and ownership of the technical Statement of Work (SoW).

  • Act as a regional reference for solution architecture governance, supporting standardization across LATAM, maintaining architectural consistency, and contributing to regional repositories, best practices, and lessons learned.

  • Partner closely with commercial, clinical architecture, implementation, services, and marketing teams—providing technical leadership in strategic deals, events, demonstrations, and customer engagements to ensure solution feasibility and value articulation.

You're the right fit if:

  • Solid experience as a solution architect or integration specialist in healthcare IT, hospital systems, or medical devices, with hands-on involvement in system interoperability and technical governance.

  • Strong expertise in healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE, SDC), solution design, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical documentation (SoW, architecture diagrams), and stakeholder engagement across technical and business domains.

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish desired.

  • Strong communication and consulting mindset; ability to work regionally across LATAM; comfort operating in multidisciplinary environments connecting clinical, technical, and commercial perspectives.
