JOB PURPOSE
As a Junior Core HR and Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting core HR and payroll processes for our Slovak team. This position combines hands-on HR administration with close cooperation with payroll providers and regional HR teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage HR documentation in cooperation with the HR HUB, including ensuring signatures, collecting required documents, and maintaining accurate archives
Coordinate HR processes related to employee departures and returns from maternity and parental leave
Collect, verify, and complete all documentation required for payroll calculation, including monthly benefits, wage deduction documents, absence records, attendance sheets, and post‑payroll reports
Cooperate with the external payroll provider during audits and other payroll‑related reviews
Support annual payroll activities, including tax reconciliation, in close cooperation with the payroll provider
Collaborate with the Czech HR team, participate in joint consultations, and contribute to cross‑regional HR projects
Support the HR Generalist in the implementation of global and local HR initiatives
Proactively monitor and communicate changes in labour law and related regulations to the HR team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in HR, with a good understanding of Slovak labour law
Slovak – native or fluent, English – B2 level
Practical knowledge of MS Excel
Strong time management and prioritization skills
High level of proactivity, accuracy, and independence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education or background in HR management or a related field
Previous experience supporting payroll preparation or cooperation with payroll providers
Experience working in an international or shared‑services HR environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a part ‑ time role (1/2 FTE). We are open to two forms of cooperation: employment contract or Agreement to Perform Work. The scope of benefits depends on the chosen form of employment.
