Amazon Account Representative Intern with German in Bratislava, Slovakia

As an Account Representative Intern, you will support the growth of Amazon Business by building relationships with business customers, understanding their procurement needs, and helping them get the most value from Amazon Business tools and services.

Key job responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, acting as a trusted point of contact

• Provide tailored guidance on Amazon Business features, tools, and purchasing solutions to help customers optimize their procurement processes

• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Operations, and Marketing) to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience

• Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer adoption and engagement with Amazon Business solutions

About the team

The Amazon Business team at Amazon is focused on transforming how businesses purchase supplies and equipment by providing a seamless B2B shopping experience.

As an Account Representative Intern, you will work closely with experienced account managers and business development teams who support and grow Amazon Business customers across Europe.

• Selected candidates will be invited to an online assessment. If successful, you will attend two rounds of virtual interviews (behavioral and case study focused on Leadership Principles), which take place on the same day.

• The entire recruitment process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks but may vary by role and location.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1600 gross per month. The salary depends on the skills and requirements. Dependent on the position offered, company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship.

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - B2 or higher).

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in German (Level - B2 or higher).

  • Available to commence an internship during 2026.

  • You should then be available for 6 months, full-time (40h/week).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
