The Contracts Manager, Latin America , is responsible for delivering professional and strategic management of regional contracts and distributor relationships across Latin America. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, Tenders & Pricing (CTP), this individual contributor will play a critical role in enabling sustainable regional growth through ensuring distributor contracts, pricing strategies and tender participation are executed with accuracy, compliance and commercial intent across Latin America.
Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of regional contracts using Integra's systems: drafting, amendments, implementation, and proactive renewal planning.
Upon contract execution, ensure all documents and details are promptly entered into systems.
Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure continuity, compliance and alignment with commercial objectives.
Monitor status of critical Compliance and Quality requirements as part of the contract renewal process.
Review and interpret contract terms, partnering with Legal to ensure compliance while supporting commercial objectives.
Prepare contract analyses to support regional contracting decisions.
Enable regional Sales teams through training, tools and clear contract guidance.
Distributor Management & Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners across the region.
Monitor public and private tender cycles, identify opportunities, and collect market intelligence to anticipate business needs or risks.
Act as liaison between distributors and Integra commercial teams to provide tender support and ensure optimal positioning of Integra brands across all portfolios.
Own distributor contract tracking and compliance analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations to commercial leadership for regional business reviews.
Pricing Support
In collaboration with commercial teams, establish and execute annual regional price lists.
Conduct pricing analyses and develop price point recommendations based on COGS, market pressures, and margin targets for management review.
Drive the implementation of approved pricing across distributor agreements, tenders and commercial programs.
Required Qualifications
Based in So Paulo, Brazil with ability to travel to the office (hybrid work model).
Ability to travel outside of Brazil and Latin America occasionally, as required.
3+ years of contracts management and distributor management (indirect business model) in the Latin American healthcare market.
Proven ability to support Sales teams and manage competing priorities.
Fluent in English and Portuguese, with advanced Spanish.
Superior attention to detail, with clear and effective communication skills: verbal, written and data-driven.
Advanced proficiency in Excel to support pricing analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple regions and/or product portfolios in contracts, tenders and pricing capacity.
Experience in preparing and submitting tender submissions in the Latin American healthcare market.
Experience using Securimate platform.
Completion of a Bachelor's degree.
