Your role and responsibilities
As a Cloud / Data Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in managing multi-cloud architectures, specifically with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Oracle databases to create robust, scalable, and secure data infrastructures. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing application deployment, scaling, and management using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as authoring, scheduling, and monitoring workflows using Apache Airflow. You will also troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues while maintaining a focus on system performance and optimization.
Required technical and professional expertise
Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-cloud architectures, specifically with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Proficiency in utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Experience with Apache Airflow for programmatically authoring, scheduling, and monitoring workflows
Strong background in both big data and cloud technologies
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with Oracle databases
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration best practices
Familiarity with cloud security and compliance
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
