RELX INC Estágio em E-mail Marketing in Brasil, Brazil
Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) para atuar no time de Marketing, apoiando as rotinas de e-mail marketing e contribuindo para a execução, organização e análise das campanhas.
Procuramos um perfil analítico, proativo e organizado, com boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, interesse pelo universo digital e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, lidar com prazos e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos e nas campanhas.
Principais atividades:
Apoiar no disparo de campanhas de e-mail marketing, incluindo configuração, testes e envios;
Organizar, atualizar e segmentar bases de contatos;
Criar e revisar templates de e-mail, com noções básicas de HTML e CSS, garantindo responsividade e compatibilidade entre diferentes clientes de e-mail;
Auxiliar na construção de relatórios e análises de métricas relacionadas aos disparos (abertura, cliques, entregabilidade, entre outros);
Monitorar jornadas do usuário e fluxos de automação de e-mail;
Apoiar na documentação de processos, rotinas e checklists operacionais;
Atuar em interface com outras áreas internas para alinhamento de prazos, conteúdos e segmentações.
Requisitos:
Estar cursando Ensino Superior (preferencialmente cursos como Marketing, Digital Design, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing Digital), com previsão de conclusão do curso para a partir de 2028;
Inglês básico é desejável.
Formato de trabalho: híbrido (Bela Cintra) todas as quintas, e eventualmente terças-feiras
Horário do estágio: 9h00 - 16h00
Bolsa Estágio: R$ 2.454,65
