Responsibilities:
Operate assigned machines independently, including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses
Complete OMP (Operator Maintenance Program) for assigned machine(s)
Consistently meet daily production requirements
Identify unsafe or defective products and take corrective action
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Accurately and legibly complete required documentation such as process monitors and production tickets
Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leader or Department Supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
At least one (1) year of related machine operating experience
Ability to complete Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) requirements
Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting, and use of a tape measure
Ability to read and understand safety procedures and operate all safety equipment properly
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (average lift under 50 lbs)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders/equipment, and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes (0°–110°), moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles
Perks:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Details: $15.60 per week
