Kelly Services Cell Operator in Brantford, Ontario

Production & Cell Operators – $25–$30/hr + Premium – Brantford!!

Full-Time Permanent 12?Hour Continental Shifts (Nights)

Kelly Services is hiring Production & Cell Operators for a state?of?the?art, highly automated manufacturing facility in Brantford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization offering long?term stability, strong training programs, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Position Details

  • Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on department and experience)

  • Shift Premium: +$1/hr for nights

  • Shifts: 12?hour continental – straight nights

  • Location: Brantford, ON

  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated production equipment

  • Follow production recipes and adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, ingredients)

  • Perform quality checks including visual inspections, measurements, fineness testing, and CCP monitoring

  • Complete SAP entries, production logs, and shift handover communication

  • Support sanitation, housekeeping, and food safety requirements

  • Assist with basic and preventative maintenance

  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets

  • Follow GMP, HACCP, and all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, food production, or similar industrial environments

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment

  • Comfort working with automated machinery, controls, and production systems

  • Experience with SAP, HACCP, molding, blending, or CNC (considered assets)

  • Ability to lift 50–55 lbs, climb stairs, bend, reach, and stand for long periods

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • High school diploma required
