Were looking for a Pit Apprentice to join our team at our Brant location in Southern Erie County. This role supports our BBQ production from prep through the final smoke, helping maintain the quality and consistency were known for. Youll work alongside our Pit Masters, learn hands-on BBQ techniques, and help deliver top-quality product and service every day.
Key Responsibilities: -Assist in the daily operations of our BBQ pits under the guidance of our Pit Masters. -Learn and apply techniques for meat preparation, smoking, and grilling. -Help manage the setup and maintenance of BBQ equipment. -Participate in the execution of daily BBQ tasks and special catering events. -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pit area. -Uphold our safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requires: -Strong interest in BBQ and willingness to learn pit operations. -No prior food service experience required, just a commitment to learn. -Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. -Physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of a busy kitchen environment. -Reliable transportation, preferably residing in Southern Erie or Chautauqua County.
