We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician for a 93 space, all-age Manufactured Housing Communityin Branson, Missouri.
Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:
- Building and facility maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical systems.
- Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
- Groundskeeping and landscape.
- Swimming pool maintenance.
- General carpentry.
