Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Branchville, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our data, supporting operational efficiency within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
• Transfer and update data between spreadsheets to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Consolidate information from various sources into a single, streamlined spreadsheet for improved usability.
• Regularly clean, format, and update spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and version control.
• Download and organize spreadsheet files for easy access and team collaboration.
• Navigate efficiently between multiple windows and files to manage simultaneous tasks effectively.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to verify the accuracy of all transferred or updated data. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Strong ability to work with numeric data and perform detailed data operations.
• Experience with computer-based data entry systems and spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with tasks involving data cleaning, formatting, and consolidation.
• Excellent typing skills and the ability to handle multiple files effectively.
