CBRE Inventory Specialist onsite in Branchburg, NJ in Branchburg, New Jersey

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a multifaceted and growing pharmaceutical site in Branchburg, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ahigh-value inventory, covering over 15,000 SKUs.

You will play a key role in warehouse and inventory operations, including generating pick reports, gathering and documenting materials, and ensuring accurate placement and tracking.

This role is ideal for a diligent professional with strong organizational skills and a background in inventory or warehouse management within a regulated environment.

This is fully onsite Monday-Friday with hours about 7:30am-4pm.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high-value inventory and maintain accuracy using Maximo CMMS.

  • Leverage warehouse and inventory management experience to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Generate pick reports, gather materials, and accurately document material placement.

  • Gather materials needed to fulfill maintenance work orders.

  • Coordinate daily inventory activities with a strong focus on data accuracy.

  • Conduct cycle counts, process returns, and resolve inventory-related issues.

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records related to inventory transactions.

  • Handle on-site repairs and coordinate off-site shipments for repair services.

  • Compose and handle purchase orders for repair-related activities.

  • Focus on providing an excellent level of customer service.

  • Work with an awareness of your personal safety and the safety of fellow employees.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures according to the client’s needs.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and/or sophisticated content in a concise and logical way.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Preferred.

Forklift experience preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation hourly range is about $28-$33.17/hr depending on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
