Job Title: General Production Worker - Afternoon Shift Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer in producing high-efficiency transformer units and power distribution solutions aimed at reducing electric waste. You will be part of a dynamic team, assembling transformers from scratch and contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
Completely assemble transformers from scratch.
Attach copper and aluminum brackets and larger electrical cables to units.
Submerge units in a varnish bath for waterproofing.
Perform TIG welding of components.
Essential Skills
1 year experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently.
Experience working in small teams.
Willingness to learn TIG welding.
Work Environment
This position operates on an afternoon shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday, in a small warehouse specifically rented for this project. The team consists of 8-10 assemblers. The facility offers good lighting, is very clean, and all materials are well-organized for efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
