EVERGREEN CEMETERY ASSN Seasonal Grounds and Maintenance Worker in Brainerd, Minnesota
Evergreen Cemetery Association in Brainerd is looking for a full time and part time Grounds and Maintenance worker. This is a seasonal position April through October/November extra hours in May. This position involves a variety of tasks in the general maintenance and operation of the Association premises (cemetery grounds). Assist in preparation of burial sites and burials. Operate lawn tractors, grass mowers, pickup trucks, and other equipment as needed. This can include chain saws, leaf blowers, leaf vacuums, weed whips and other related equipment in overall maintenance of the cemetery grounds. Assist in spring and fall clean up, including but not limited to power thatching and vacuum pickup, hand raking of leaves and debris, removing plastic and non-conforming memorial items from graves, emptying vases, cleaning debris and brush from grounds, tree trimming, general landscaping, leveling, sodding, seeding and or watering of the grounds, trees, shrubs, etc. Normal work schedule is M-F, 8-5PM. Occasionally may work overtime or on a Saturday morning. This is a seasonal job that re-occurs every April through October/November, extra hours in May.
