Job Description:

Education Qualifications:
Educational Requirement:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required. If candidate holds an ADN, a BSN degree is required within 3 years
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience
As an Administrative Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the quality of patient care provided within the facility, ensuring adherence to Essentia Health’s policies and procedures. Your leadership will directly contribute to the excellence of patient outcomes and the success of the organization.

Providing Leadership in Patient Care: You will organize and oversee patient care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure the facility’s adherence to the requirements set forth by the Joint Commission and other relevant federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
This position will work the following:
60 hours per pay period
Every Other Weekend
Rotating 12 Hour Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PM
Overnight Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
