LabelPack Automation, Inc Field Service Technician - Industrial Packaging Machinery in Bradford, Pennsylvania
Location: Bradford, PA (regional & national travel)
Overview: LabelPack Automation is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to assemble, install, and service industrial labeling and packaging equipment. This role combines shop work in Bradford with travel to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test packaging machinery and conveyors from prints
- Perform light machining/fabrication (non-CNC)
- Install, align, and commission equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Train customers and document service work
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance, machine assembly, millwright, or field service
- Strong mechanical skills; ability to read prints and use tools
- Basic machining experience (drilling, tapping, cutting)
- Willingness to travel (20%)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20-$29/hr + overtime
- Per diem, company vehicle/mileage

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday; travel as needed (occasional overnights)
