MCR Health Pharmacy Technician (Pharmacy Tech) in Bradenton, Florida
While under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, the pharmacy technician will assist the pharmacist by completing all delegated tasks given by the pharmacist as approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy while abiding by the Florida Board of Pharmacy, DEA and MCR Health rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
The pharmacy technician will assist with the prescription filling process through workflow and all operational functions related to the department as directed by the Pharmacist.
Registered Pharmacy Technician by the State of Florida required.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy software system (Rx30) preferred.
- Working knowledge of 340b drugs according to OPA requirements preferred.
- Working knowledge of McKesson Connect system preferred.
- Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred.
