Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Overview
A growing automation and manufacturing facility in Lakewood Ranch is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electrical components, wiring, and subassemblies according to schematics and work instructions
Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, and panel assembly tasks
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or related manufacturing work
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable using standard electrical assembly tools
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
