Small Part Assembler – NOW HIRING

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Assemblers to join our production team in Ellenton, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, following work instructions, and ensuring product quality. This position offers flexible start times and scheduling options, making it an excellent fit for candidates needing some adaptability in their workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and sub‑assemblies according to work instructions, diagrams, and specifications

  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure all products meet quality standards

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Report production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors

  • Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment

  • Meet daily/weekly production targets and maintain consistent output

Qualifications

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred—but not required

  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25–40 lbs depending on requirements)

  • Good communication skills and willingness to be part of a team

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Flexible start times and scheduling available

  • Full‑time hours with potential for overtime depending on production needs

  • Climate‑controlled or semi‑industrial warehouse environment (depending on department)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
