Key Responsibilities
Establish and Maintain the Technical Relationship in an Account
Answer Technical product questions
Assist with Customer Demonstrations and assist with Evaluations
Test Program Software Development , often done in collaborative environment
Attend and Contribute at Technical Conferences
Assist with Customer Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work
Assist Teradyne Field Service Engineers with technical queries
Travel to customer locations (Mainly UK and Europe, but can be World-Wide) approximately 50-75% of the time
Assist the Sales Team & Teradyne representatives
Technical Consultant for customers in regards to testing solutions
Attend customer meetings with Sales Engineers to assist in solving customer problems with Teradyne Technology
Assist with configuring Systems for Customers based on customer requirements
Present Technical Product Presentations
Keep Up to Date on the Latest Products
Assist with Technical Responses to Customer RFQ’s and RFI’s
Voice of the Customer to the Factory
Works with customers during implementation phase of Teradyne products
General understanding of ATE industry trends as well as competitive products and product positioning will be a plus
Qualifications and Skills
BSEE or Equivalent
Visual Basic / C++ programming knowledge
Ideally 15+ years experience in Test Engineering / S/W development
Ideally 10+ years experience in Defense and Aerospace industry
Experience developing Test Program Sets utilizing Teradyne Instrumentation
Experience configuring Test Systems based on User Requirements
Experience working with a statement of work (SOW)
Applicant will require a Passport and Driving Licence
Ability to obtain security clearance
