Honeywell Director Contracts in Bracknell, United Kingdom

As a Contracts Director at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the contracts function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing contracts strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives. You will lead a team of contracts professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues.

You will report directly to the Process Technologies AGC for the EATCA region and you’ll work out of our Bracknell location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a leader in the organization, the Contracts Director will have the opportunity to shape and influence the contracts function, providing guidance and support to the contracts team. By leveraging their strong negotiation and leadership skills, they will oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Honeywell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement contracts strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives

  • Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

  • Provide guidance and support to the contracts team in reviewing and drafting contracts

  • Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 12+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize tasks

  • Experience in leading and developing a team
