ManpowerGroup Construction Project Engineer 4 in Boydton, Virginia
Our client, a leading technology & data center infrastructure organization, Microsoft Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 4 to join their team. As a Construction Project Engineer 4, you will be part of the Construction & Engineering Department supporting onsite construction, QA/QC, and MEP coordination teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, excellent organization, and solid comprehension/problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$59.83 – $65.83 per hour (W2)
What’s the Job?
Support daily onsite construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
Perform quality checks, documentation reviews, and support field inspections with emphasis on MEP and Bluebeam workflows.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve field issues and track action items.
Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organization of drawings, reports, and construction records while supporting OT and fast‑paced schedules.
What’s Needed?
5+ years of construction or engineering experience (industrial, commercial, or data center strongly preferred).
Proficiency with Bluebeam for markups, document review, and coordination.
Strong comprehension skills, communication abilities, and organizational discipline.
Ability to work onsite full‑time with expected overtime (approx. 10 hrs/week).
Experience supporting MEP systems, QA/QC activities, or field engineering tasks.
