Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Compiler Performance Testing Automation Engineer to join their team. As a Compiler Performance Testing Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Compiler Development Department supporting Performance Optimization Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Compiler Performance Testing Automation Engineer

Location: Boxborough, MA

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain automation pipelines using Jenkins or other tools

• Write and support automation scripts on Windows platforms

• Automate compiler performance testing, including static analysis and various workloads such as PIX, GFXR, game benchmarks, and internal AMD traces

• Integrate machine learning, GPU, and graphics-related workloads into regression testing processes

• Collect, analyze, and report performance results across different hardware and compiler versions

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in Computer Science or a related field

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Python scripting is absolutely required

• Strong experience working in Windows environments

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and performance testing methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
