Position: Senior Supplier Quality & Development Engineer Location: REMOTE with a strong preference for on-site hybrid based out of a facilitylocatedin IN, KY, OH, PA,IL,VA, or WI. Will consider remote as well. Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Supplier Quality and Development, the Senior Supplier Quality and Development Engineerisa critical contributor to the success of the Global Supply Chain Management function in the United States. This role leads and executes both strategic and tactical Supplier Quality and Development initiatives across the Global Sourcing and Supplier Development organization. The positionis responsible fordriving supplier quality activities within sourcing projects and supply chain optimization efforts, applying strong technicalexpertiseand quality engineering principles to achieve project goals and milestones. Additionally, this role provides technical leadership for Supplier Development projects, including continuous improvement initiativesleveragingSix Sigma, Lean tools, and bestinclass quality practices. Key Responsibilities: Assess and develop suppliers by evaluating capability, capacity, risk, and overall performance to meet Regal Rexnord standards. Support the deployment and compliance of standardized quality processes, policies, and procedures. Provide influential leadership through mentoring and skill development for both suppliers and internal teams. Conduct supplier audits, analyze results, and implement Supplier Development Plans and corrective actions. Lead APQP, PPAP, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement efforts to reduce variation and improve process control. Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers on technical quality issues, costreduction initiatives, and supply chain optimization. Drive improvements in product and process quality using metrics, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Monitor,maintain, and report supplier performance metrics across global manufacturing facilities. Support resolution of systemic supplier quality issues to improve customer satisfaction. Implement and promote standardized quality best practices across the supply base. Train suppliers and internal teams in advanced quality tools and problem-solving methodologies. Use customer and internal feedback to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with 7+ years of Supplier Quality and/or Quality Assurance experience Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes withexpertisein at least two areas (e.g., castings, forgings, machining, plastics, coatings, heat treatment,metallurgy). Proficient in quality tools and methodologies: Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, PFD, FMEA, PCP, MSA, SPC. Demonstrated problemsolving, rootcause analysis, and statisticalmethods. Strong ComputerLiteracy with MS Office products Strong analytical and project management abilities. Experience withformal supplier assessments, ISO 9001, TS16949, AIAG,CQIandAS9100based assessmentsandvarioussupplier audits. Background in metrology, inspection methods, and new product development. Experience withERP systems Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and within matrix teams, including supplier networks. Provenleadership experiencewith change management and stakeholder engagement. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Advanced degree Quality or Engineering certifications.Six Sigma or similar professional certifications. Programming experience Lean Manufacturing knowledge Travel:Up to 40%, domesticwithsomeinternationaltravel. (Less than 10% annually) Language:En
