What will you do?
We are seeking a maintenance technician for our Bowling Green, OH facility to carry out repairs for all operations and building equipment to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose problems with malfunctioning equipment, troubleshooting, conducting repairs and maintenance assigned, including routine inspection and maintenance including filling equipment, hoses, filters, pumps and structural damage
Maintain quality control of site equipment and perform reactive maintenance to ensure the safe and continued running of all plant equipment
Perform tests to confirm that systems are leak tight, weighing correctly, and functioning to design and within test. Ensure all tests are carried out and recorded as appropriate.
Maintain preventative and open maintenance request logs (work orders) to accurately track all services provided and forecast future projects completion. Assist in implementation and development of preventative maintenance
Install, repair, and maintain all types of equipment, including new production equipment and overseeing contractors
Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
Demonstrate the ability to be a safety leader by fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe work environment with a commitment to zero injuries, emissions, and leaks
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Driver's license
Working knowledge of mechanical pumps, hoses, motors, valves, connections and fittings
Experience troubleshooting and repairing/replacing valves, pumps, gauges and instrumentation
Physically capable and available to work overtime as needed including weekends, and evenings
Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of safety and compliance policies (ex. lock out/tag out, confined space entry, OSHA, Hot Work)
Working knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
Working experience of electrical (tracing circuits, running conduit, calibration), plumbing, welding (MIG, Brazing), boilers (steam), and air systems and fabrication
Problem diagnoses and solving ability
Must be able to continuously stand, bend and twist and be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
Working knowledge of transferring liquids and gasses from large bulk tanks, ISO's, and containers to cylinders and storage tanks
In-dept knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, electrical and hydraulic systems
Strong electrical and mechanical skills, familiarity with using PLC diagnostic tools
Must be able to obtain EPA 608 certification within 6 months of employment
