Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bowling Green, Ohio. Responsibilities:
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Address general account inquiries and provide clear explanations to customers.
• Analyze usage data and assist customers in managing high usage concerns.
• Open and document payments in line with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to returned mail.
• Monitor and maintain payment agreements, ensuring compliance.
• Record detailed notes on customer accounts to keep track of interactions.
• Take detailed messages regarding billing concerns and coordinate follow-ups with the appropriate team.
• Generate work orders for meter technicians and ensure timely processing.
• Handle administrative tasks such as shredding documents, filing, and organizing records. Requirements • Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer success.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage payment agreements.
• Familiarity with creating work orders and documenting account information.
