Controls Engineer
This client is building out their commissioning team so will be able to gain great experience and essentially gaining extra experience by the overtime you will be working. 1 year of work in this role will equate to 2 years of experience with the amount of hours putting in. Expenses are covered as well as travel. Per Diem is available which will increase your pay.

Job Description
As a Controls Engineer, you will execute automation commissioning and validation protocols, troubleshoot and remediate commissioning and validation non-conformances, and work collaboratively with internal engineers and clients to deliver advanced control systems that enhance efficiency, product quality, and profitability in process manufacturing. You will define and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations, and conduct testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
Responsibilities
Execute automation commissioning and validation protocols.
Troubleshoot and remediate commissioning and validation non-conformances.
Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to provide state-of-the-art control systems.
Define and implement PLC configurations.
Conduct testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
Essential Skills Can be from internships/co-ops/projects in school.
Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
Mechanical assembly and aptitude.
Expertise in electrical systems.
Ability to conduct safety analysis and documentation.
Experience with commissioning processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Engineering degree in mechanical, systems, automation, or electrical.
On-site building experience.
Flexible schedule availability.
Adaptable and enthusiastic learner.
Work Environment
This role is based on a Data Center Project, starting in April. Standard PPE requirements include a hard hat with chin strap, safety vest, gloves, glasses, and steel toe/composite boots above the ankle..There is alot of ability to grow in this company and get into other sectors of Controls/Electrical/Mechanical.
The role is paying competitively, offering competitive hourly rate and per diem compensation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bowling Green, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00/hr.
