Summary

Provide comprehensive operational support to the Director of Football Operations by coordinating daily team activities and ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. Responsibilities include assisting with team travel logistics, managing and maintaining team schedules, monitoring and tracking CARA hours, reconciling team expenses, and supporting student-athletes with day-to-day needs to promote an efficient and well-organized football program.
Essential Functions

- Assist the Director of Football Operations with all aspects of team operations, including travel, scheduling, transportation, lodging, stadium logistics, and preparation of travel documents. Develop itineraries and coordinate support staff for games, practices, meetings, and special events.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the advance travel team operations and logistics for away games
- Manage the Football program's Teamworks database by inputting daily schedules (meetings, workouts, practices), tracking CARA and RARA hours, maintaining student-athlete files, and updating user accounts.
- Oversee and reconcile operational expenses, including team travel, to ensure compliance with the football budget. Assist with budget development, monitor expenditures, and manage financial resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Business Office to order and manage per diem and commerce cards for staff and student-athletes, including distribution, replacement, and tracking of usage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student-athletes, assisting with daily needs, compliance, academics, financial aid, and onboarding of freshmen, mid-year enrollees, and transfers.
- Act as liaison for player and coaching staff families, maintaining master contact spreadsheets and distributing weekly communications regarding games, events, and important dates.
- Lead the planning and execution of team events, staff outings, clinics, bowl preparations, and program speaker engagements by managing logistics and coordinating with relevant departments and vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of summer prospect camps, including staff hiring and management, compliance adherence, participant communication, and post-camp reporting in addition to communicating with parents and families at the time of registration
- Assist in the planning and coordination of fall training camp, including athlete transportation, report day logistics, and team event management.
- Manage scheduling and hosting of football officials at practices, including communication regarding arrival, schedules, parking, and locker assignments.
- Support recruiting staff within NCAA rules governing non-coaching personnel.

- Bachelor's degree
1 year of experience within an NCAA Football program - Coaching, recruiting, operations, playing, etc.
