We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in providing vital support to elderly and disabled clients within our community. In this role, you will do much more than complete tasks; you will become an essential part of our clients\' daily lives, helping them navigate personal care with dignity and grace. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and bedside care, as well as providing necessary medication reminders. Because communication is key to quality care, you will also be responsible for maintaining detailed progress records.
Beyond physical care, this position focuses on maintaining a comfortable and nurturing home environment. You will manage various household duties such as light cleaning, laundry, and running errands. A significant part of your day will involve nutritional supportplanning and shopping for specialized diets and preparing healthy meals for clients and their families.
We are looking for candidates who are not only skilled but also deeply empathetic. You should be comfortable transporting clients to medical appointments or social outings using your own motor vehicle and be prepared to offer companionship during difficult periods of convalescence or lifestyle transitions.
