Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in managing product movement and inventory within our facilities. You will operate a forklift 40% of the day to move large products safely, manually lift and wrap products, and use hands and power tools to open product containers. Your responsibilities also include loading and unloading products from pallets, counting and recording incoming products, and banding materials into bundles. Additionally, you will be responsible for clamping portable conveyor systems and working comfortably both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move large products safely.
Manually lift and wrap products.
Use hands and power tools to open product containers.
Load and unload products from pallets.
Count, weigh, and record the number of incoming products on a production sheet daily.
Band materials into bundles and clamp portable conveyor systems together.
Work comfortably inside and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Receive inbound products and use an RF Scanner to input them into inventory.
Prepare orders for dispatch when needed.
Essential Skills
2+ years of warehouse experience.
Experience with inventory management.
Proficiency with RF Scanner operations.
Forklift operation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general labor and packing.

Work Environment
You will work in a warehouse environment that is both indoors and outdoors. Be prepared to work in all weather conditions and dress accordingly. Steel-toed footwear and a hard hat will be required. The facility is older, and temperatures inside will reflect outdoor conditions, so bring a reusable water bottle for hot days and dress in layers during colder months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
