Senior Advanced DevOps Engineer
Boulder, CO
Pay Estimated: $69.58-$74.58/Hour
Senior Advanced DevOps Engineer job in Boulder, Colorado is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Aerospace / Defense company. Responsibilities:
Support successful implementation of the platform in the Cloud through architecture guidance, best practices, data migration, implementation, troubleshooting, and monitoring
Contribute to automation that instantiates and maintains container orchestration platforms
Automatically configure and deploy infrastructure services consisting of identity and access management, network architecture, application security, logging, monitoring, deployment and more
Work closely with our team to plan major updates and enhancements to our products
Work with critical internal and external platform consumers
Qualifications:
U.S. citizen with active Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field and 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6+ years of job-related experience
Experience working with, or are familiar with the differences between, public (AWS, Azure), private (RHOSP, VIO), and mixed cloud environments
Container technologies such as Docker, or Kubernetes
Deployment or use of continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, Puppet, or Chef
Experience supporting production-grade applications in virtualized environments (cloud computing platforms and services) using automation
Creation or use of pipelines, Ansible Playbooks, and/or Terraform configurations to automate administrative actions from resource creation to service configuration
