We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer with a strong background in electronic and schematic design. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between hardware designs and software development, creating solutions that enhance our electrical design workflows and automation processes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain software solutions for electrical schematic design
• Create tools to automate electrical engineering workflows
• Integrate various electrical design software systems
• Implement quality assurance processes for software solutions
• Collaborate with Hardware Designers to understand requirements
• Optimize existing software tools and processes
• Document software systems and maintain technical documentation
• Provide technical support for electronic design software users
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in software development with focus on electrical systems or hardware development with focus on digital and analog systems
• Proven experience with electrical schematic design software (e.g., Xpedition Designer, OrCAD, or similar tools)
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with electronic system modeling and simulation
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in hardware design or developing software for electrical design automation
• Experience with CAD/CAE software
• Understanding of electronic components, systems, and circuits
• Version control systems (SVN, Git, etc.)
