SciTec Program Administrative Coordinator in Boulder, Colorado
Responsibilities
- Process and submit administrative paperwork related to program operations
- Prepare, submit, and track system, facility, and tool access requests
- Maintain and track employee certifications, training records, and compliance documentation
- Monitor expiration dates and notify stakeholders of upcoming renewals or required actions
- Track status of administrative requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation repositories
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and signatures
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrative activities
- Assist with preparation of reports, trackers, and status updates
- Ensure documentation complies with organizational policies and requirements
- Respond to administrative inquiries and provide status updates
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or program support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, email)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Candidates who have any of the following skills will be preferred:
- Experience supporting technical, government, or regulated programs
- Experience tracking certifications, training, or compliance requirements
- Familiarity with access request systems, ticketing tools, or internal portals
- Experience maintaining spreadsheets or trackers for status and reporting
- Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active DOD Secret Clearance

The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $69,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
