Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: 6:40 AM – 2:45 PM (Mon–Fri) • $18.50/hr

2nd Shift: 2:40 PM – 10:45 PM (Mon–Fri) • $20.00/hr

3rd Shift: 10:40 PM – 6:45 AM (Sun–Thurs) • $21.50/hr

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Device Assembler, you’ll contribute to the production of high‑quality devices used in healthcare facilities worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling precision medical components and devices

  • Performing both repetitive and varied assembly tasks

  • Following diagrams, written instructions, and process documentation

  • Using small hand tools and equipment to complete builds

  • Inspecting, testing, and packaging finished products

  • Conducting continuity checks during and after assembly

Who Succeeds in This Role

Experience is a plus—but not required. Many successful team members come from:

  • Manufacturing or assembly

  • Food service, food prep, or fast food

  • Retail or customer service

  • Cleanroom or other regulated work environments

  • If you are dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working with your hands, you’ll feel right at home here.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
