Boulder Community Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead the strategic vision and operational execution of enterprise-wide analytics. This leader will be responsible for building and advancing a comprehensive analytics program that supports Boulder Community Health’s mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and financially responsible care to the community.
The Director of Enterprise Analytics will establish analytics governance, champion data as a shared enterprise asset, and enable leaders, clinicians, and staff to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve patient outcomes, safety, access, and operational performance.
Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, financial, and IT leaders, this role will help break down organizational silos, strengthen data transparency, and ensure analytics investments deliver meaningful value to patients, caregivers, and the broader community.

Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required. •Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MS, or similar) preferred. •7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, decision support, or data leadership required. •7+ years of IT Leadership experience required. •Demonstrated experience leading enterprise level analytics initiatives required, preferably in a healthcare setting. •Experience managing vendor partnerships for outsourced IT services required.
Responsibilities •Develop and lead the enterprise analytics strategy aligned with Boulder Community Health’s mission, strategic plan, and community health priorities. •Establish and oversee enterprise data and analytics governance, including standard definitions, data quality standards, prioritization processes, and trusted reporting across the organization. Provide strategic oversight of analytics platforms, reporting tools, dashboards, and data infrastructure to ensure reliable, timely access to actionable information. •Partner with IT, clinical informatics, and operational teams to integrate data from electronic health records, financial systems, and external sources to support organizational decision-making. •Deliver actionable insights that support quality improvement, patient safety, population health initiatives, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability. •Collaborate with compliance, privacy, and security leaders to ensure the responsible and secure use of health information and organizational data. •Lead, mentor, and develop the Enterprise Analytics team, establishing clear goals, performance expectations, and opportunities for professional growth. •Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear insights that inform organizational strategy and performance improvement.
