Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented ATO System Integration and Test ( SI&T ) Lead to join our growing team!

In this role you will serve as the technical authority for integrated system security verification and System Integration & Test (SI&T) activities that produce objective evidence supporting Authorization to Operate (ATO) decisions for a next-generation national security space ground segment.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Plan and execute integrated SI&T activities verifying secure system functionality and behavior under operational conditions.

  • Develop SI&T strategies, test plans, and proceduresvalidatingsecure system operation and mission workflows.

  • Define security verification criteria and objective evidencerequiredfor authorization decisions.

  • Coordinate integration of security mechanisms across platforms, networks, and mission applications and verify performance during system-level testing.

  • Oversee security testing events including control testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and operational demonstrations.

  • Develop and execute negative, misuse, and degraded-mode testing scenarios.

  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to resolve defects and close findings.

  • Produce test evidence and reports supporting accreditation artifacts (SSP, SAR, POA&M).

  • Serve as primary interface to leadership and stakeholders regarding readiness and risks​

What Required Skills You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • 10+ years of experience in system integration and test, verification and validation, or developmental/operational test on national security systems.

  • Experience generating test evidence used in an ATO or equivalent authorization decision.

  • Strong understanding of test engineering, security assessment, and defect management.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring :

  • Experience supporting space or mission-critical defense systems.

  • Hands-on experience with security testing tools and automated testing frameworks.

  • Familiarity with RMF, SCA processes, and cybersecurity standards.

  • Experience supporting IATT-to-ATO transitions or readiness events.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
