Wire Harness Assembler
Payrate: $25 per hour
Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Bothell, WA
Job Description
As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will build, test, and deliver a variety of electrical harnesses used in production and development environments. Working from drawings, specifications, and engineering guidance, you will support assembly and integration activities across multiple projects. You will also assist in creating and improving test setups, fixtures, and related support hardware, while helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities
Assemble and test electrical harnesses based on provided drawings, specifications, and engineering instructions.
Build and support development and test setups, including harnessing, fixtures, breakouts, and related hardware.
Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized build and test areas, tools, and equipment.
Ensure high standards of build quality, craftsmanship, and readiness of assembled hardware.
Essential Skills
Some hands-on experience assembling, wiring, and testing hardware for aerospace, propulsion, robotics, energy, automotive, or other high-reliability systems.
Experience fabricating and modifying harnesses or PCBAs in a prototype or production environment.
Comfortable working from engineering sketches, schematics, and evolving test procedures.
Proven ability to lead self and others in an early-stage, fast-moving technical environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong sense of ownership for safety, quality, and execution under schedule pressure.
Proficiency in soldering, crimping, electronic assembly, wiring, and using hand tools.
Interest in training and developing skills to become a technician.

Work Environment
Work 30-40 hours per week in an early-stage, fast-moving technical environment, using technologies such as soldering, crimping, electronic assembly, wiring, and hand tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
