In this role you will operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality in a clean, safety‑focused environment. Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive Pay – Earn $26–$30/hr plus a night and weekend shift premium Work‑Life Balance – 12‑hour schedule gives you 14+ days off per month Paid Training Program – 12-16 weeks of on‑the‑job, hands‑on instruction Strong Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, 18 days PTO, 11 paid holidays Future‑Ready Perks – 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off Career Advancement – Clear pathways to grow within manufacturing, production, and technical roles Responsibilities What You’ll Do As an Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality network products by: Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently Perform quality checks and follow standard work instructions Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Achieve production targets and support team goals Accurately complete production documentation and system entries This is designated as a Safety Sensitive position Education & Experience What We're Looking For High School education or GED required; AA Degree preferred Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in plastics injection molding processes Basic math and computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous forklift experience and experience using ERP systems preferred, but not required - training provided Work Environment/ Physical Demands Work performed primarily on the manufacturing floor; noise levels may be moderate to high; PPE required Approximately 80% hands‑on production work and 20% clerical tasks Regular lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 45 lbs Exposure to varying temperatures May require standing or sitting for prolonged periods Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and coordinated hand/foot movements What We Offer Ready to build something that matters?
