Job Summary Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function. Impact of the Role General Profile Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Likely to act as an informal resource for colleague with less experience Performs manual tasks according to established procedures Essential Functions Prepares reports and presentation materials. Receives and responds to correspondence. Schedules conference calls and meetings. Supports and interacts with administrative staff. Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned. Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Additional Responsibilities Understanding Meeting Set up. Ensureing Microphones, speakers and AV equipment is all set and working. Assist Human Resouces with administrative tasks/responsiblities for: onbaording, orientation, HRIS training systems, and various udpates with coordinating communications & schedules. Assist with a myriad of tasks relative to office operations. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Associates or Bachelor's Degree Discipline/Major: Business or related discipline preferred.
